3 cups uncooked medium shells pasta
2 lbs thawed & cooked Maine shrimp (or small salad shrimp)
2 cups thawed peas
1 medium Vidalia onion, finely diced
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
1 cup (8 ounces) mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions, drain and let cool. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shrimp, peas and onions. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
